As I covered in a previous video, instant marketing campaigns are a great way to reach the right customers at the right time. However, your campaign will only be as good as the message you write.
Today, I’m going to give you a few tips on how to write effective messages that yield results.
First of all, make sure that you only include one offer in your message. You don’t want to confuse your audience with too many promotions or reminders.
This brings us to our next point: only include one call to action in your message. So, if you are sending out a promotion about discounted tires, only talk about this specific sale. In this case, the call to action can ask customers to click on a link to purchase the product.
Make sure that your message is as short as possible, and say it with the least amount of words. So instead of something like “Today I’m writing to you to let you know about a sale that could interest you,” try something like “Check out our 50% off tire sale.” Basically, get to the point as quickly as you can.
Lastly, try using a few emojis to attract attention and make sure your message is friendlier. Don’t go overboard, or else your campaign might get rejected, but you can certainly use two or three. For example, you can add the wave emoji after saying hi to the customer, or add an emoji of a tire to draw attention to your tire sale.
